Removal and installation of the lever and clutch podshipika vykyucheniya

Removal of the lever clutch and bearing sequence is as follows:

using a screwdriver as a lever, clutch lever, remove from the pin with a ball on the transmission housing;

remove the bearing along with the release lever of the guide sleeve;

disconnect the bearing from the clutch lever.

Check technical condition of release bearing sequence is as follows:

- Clutch should be soft even move and did not have signs of wear at the same time - otherwise the bearings must be replaced;

- It is impossible to wash the bearings in a solvent, which can lead to the removal of lubricant from the bearing and as a result, rapid wear of the bearing.

Plants release bearing and release lever sequence is as follows:

- Clean any dirt from the clutch lever, the pin with a ball and the guide sleeve;

- The replacement of the lever clutch models with mechanical (cable) clutch drive gear set and flat washers in the lever (Fig. 7.15). Toothed washers set the convex side to the housing. To set goals, use suitable diameter tubular mandrel;

- Are installing the bearing and release lever in the reverse order of removal. At installation grease pin with a ball bearing and a surface in contact with the diaphragm spring, a special grease. Install the spring on the lever and the lever on the pin with a ball until it snaps into the spring.
