Removal and installation of the pressure and the clutch disc
Removing the pressure and the clutch disc using the following procedure: - Remove the gearbox; - Check the labels that define the position of the leading part of coupling with respect to the flywheel. If you do not put their own labels; - Alternately crosswise unscrew 6 bolts leading part of coupling to the flywheel by holding a screwdriver flywheel from turning; - Remove the clutch pressure plate with the guide pins and with it the slave. Check the technical condition of the clutch parts spend in the following order:
A WARNING When decontamination disc, the flywheel housing and try not to breathe air from the work area due to the fact that the resulting dust may contain particles of asbestos. |

|
- Check the condition of the clutch pressure plate. Traces of development at the ends of the diaphragm spring must not exceed 0.3 mm (Fig. 7.10); - Check the spring connection between the drive plate and the cover. It is not allowed for scratches and missing or damaged rivets;

|
- Check the pressure plate for cracks, metal penetration and wear surfaces. Nonflatness press disk should not exceed 0.2 mm (Fig. 7.11); - Measure the thickness clutch. If the thickness of less admissible or if heads of rivets are close to the work surface, or replace the clutch disc;

- Check the clutch disc runout, which is at a distance of 2.5 mm from the outer diameter shall be not more than 0.8 mm (Fig. 7.12); - Check the condition of the friction surface of the flywheel for cracks, metal penetration and wear surfaces. If necessary, pereshlifuyte working surface of the flywheel or replace it. Thoroughly clean the splined shaft of the primary transmission and the internal splines of the driven disc and release bearing guide sleeve. Installation and driven clutch pressure plate using the following procedure: - Attach clutch disc flywheel, while the protruding portion of the hub disc should be directed to the outside, that is, to the gearbox; - Set the pressure plate on the flywheel, while setting it on the guide pins. When reinstalling the previously removed clutch disc, check that the application before removing the labels are combined;

|
- Using a special mandrel ( Fig. 7.13 ) or the old gearbox output shaft, it aligns the clutch disc onto the flywheel ( Fig. 7.14 ); - Gradually diagonally tighten bolts of a press disk clutch torque. Remove the clutch disc from the mandrel; - Make sure that splines primary shaft of the gearbox and guide sleeve bearing free from dirt. Grease the splined shaft of the primary transmission and the release bearing guide sleeve with a thin layer of special lubricants; - Replace the gearbox.
A WARNING A lubricant layer should be thin and uniform, as otherwise when the clutch excess lubricant may get on the clutch surface, leading to disruption of its operation. |
