Removing and installing clutch slave cylinder
Removing the clutch slave cylinder using the following procedure: - Press a suitable hose clamp. It should be to clamp does not damage the pipeline; - Unscrew the hose coupling in the clutch slave cylinder and disconnect the hose from the cylinder; - Unscrew two bolts of fastening of the working cylinder to the crankcase and remove the clutch slave cylinder.

Check the technical condition of the working cylinder parts spend in the following order: - Clean the outer surface of the clutch slave cylinder; - Using a screwdriver as a lever, remove the rubber cover and pull the plunger; - Remove the lock ring from the cylinder, then the piston and a spring; - Thoroughly clean parts clutch slave cylinder, check their condition and replace them if necessary. Replace the piston cuff regardless of its status. Assembly and installation of the working cylinder sequence is as follows: - Lower the new seal in the brake fluid and install it on the piston in accordance with the arrow pointer. Make sure that the working edge of the cuff is in the spring before the end of the piston; - Set the spring in the clutch slave cylinder, lower the piston into the brake fluid and gently insert it into the clutch cylinder; - Push the piston in the cylinder and secure it with a retaining ring; - Replace the plunger and a rubber cover; - Installation of the working cylinder spend in the reverse order of removal; - Lubricate the end of the pusher in contact with the release lever, a thin layer of special lubricants; - Bleed the hydraulic clutch.
