Replacement tips of steering drafts

Replace in the following order:

- Hang out and fix on support struts front of the vehicle;

- Remove a corresponding wheel;

- Measure the apparent number of threads on the inside of the tie rod for correct installation rod end;

- Loosen the lock nut locking steering rod;

- Loosen the nut of the spherical rod end to the knuckle and ball joints using a puller, remove the hinge of steering draft from a rotary fist (see. Fig. 11.11);

- Hold the tie rod from turning, loosen the tie rod end from steering draft;

- Screw the lock nut and the tie rod end - while the number of visible threads on steering draft must comply predsemnomu;

- Connect the tie rod ball joint to the knuckle arm and tighten the lock nut after replacing with a new one.
