Location thermofilter exhaust system

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the screws of the rear wheels, then lift the rear of the car and fix on supports. Remove the rear wheels.
2. Remove the front section thermofilter.
3. Unscrew the nut and move forward main section thermofilter see. Fig. Location thermofilter exhaust system.
4. Loosen the cables of a manual brake.
5. Remove the retainer (D), see. Fig. Adjusting clutch cable handbrake.
6. The key to hold the 13 mm flange knob from turning and loosen the adjusting sleeve until it stops.
7. Slide the covers of cables of a manual brake.
8. Remove the bracket securing the cover of a cable of a manual brake caliper to the rear brake.
9. Disconnect the cable of a manual brake from the lever of a manual brake caliper. At the same time, be careful not to damage the protective cover of the handbrake.
10. Release the handbrake cable from the clamps on the rear axle.
11. Remove the bracket wire wheel speed sensor.
12. Remove the nuts securing the thermofilter insulation and move towards thermofilter.
13. Using a blade screwdriver, remove the retaining bracket and release the handbrake cable.
14. Use a screwdriver to remove the console cable of a manual brake.
15. Remove the decorative trim rear center console.
16. Use a screwdriver through the hole in the bottom of the handbrake lever, press down the cable of a manual brake and disconnect the handbrake lever.
17. Remove the cable of a manual brake.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installing the cables of a manual brake, replace the plastic parts on the jack of cables of a manual brake.
2. Using a screwdriver blade through the hole in the bottom of the handbrake lever, lock against rotation compensator handbrake cables.
3. A secure console spherical head into the jack of cables of a manual brake.
4. Secure the cable of a manual brake on the console.
5. Attach the cable of a manual brake on the rear brake calipers and secure them with clamps.
6. Secure the cable of a manual brake on the rear beam.
7. Install the decorative trim rear center console.
8. Replace and screw thermofilter to the thermal insulation.
9. Secure the sensor wire clamps rotation.
10. Screw thermofilter.
11. Install the rear wheels, then lower the car on the ground. Tighten the wheel bolts in diagonal sequence the moment of 120 Nm.
