Bleeding the clutch assembly



NOTE
Pre-filling system is not required.

Remove the air filter assembly if it prevents access to the breather (fig. Below).
Connect the device for filling and bleeding the brake system.
For pumping if necessary, use a hose to pump (length 670 mm).
At the same time, connect the hose to pump apparatus with a receiving vessel for pumping the brake system.

Put a hose to pump at the breather (Fig. 3.5).
Apply in pressure of 2 bar.
Open air valve.
Allow to drain about 100 cm 3 brake fluid.
Close air valve.
10-15 times gently press the pedal all the way, every time a fully releasing the pedal.
Open air valve.
Release about 50 cm 3 brake fluid.
Close air valve.
After the process of pumping repeatedly press the clutch pedal.
Install the air filter housing assembly if it was removed.
