Drain coolant and filling the cooling system

To drain coolant and fill the system should:
- To transfer the control handle heating system on the dashboard to "hot." This is extremely important, because otherwise the heating system located in the coolant will not be able to merge;
- Open the lid of the expansion tank;
- Translate to drain the coolant by removing the lower water hose. If anti-freeze in the system was short-lived, it can be stored in appropriate containers.
To fill the cooling system without the entrapment of air, do the following:
- To transfer the control handle heating system to "hot";
- Connected to the lower radiator hose;
- Fill with coolant up to the mark "MAX" on the expansion tank (Fig. 98);

- Start up the engine and does not stop it until it turns on the fan (already open thermostat);
- Check the coolant level. If necessary to add an additional amount of coolant into the system. At normal operating temperature level should be just above the mark "MAX" when the engine is cold - between labels ?MIN? and ?MAX?.
