Oil pump







Details subject to removal for removing the oil pump, and the remaining parts of the lubrication system

Details to be withdrawn for the dismantling of the oil pump, and the remaining parts of the lubrication system: 1 - the oil filler plug; 2 - oil pressure (0.25 bar); 3 - bolt 10 Nm; 4 - a guide tube for oil dipstick; 5 - guide (used in the workshop for collecting engine oil); 6 - the dipstick; 7 - camshaft pulley; 8 - the oil filter; 9 - an asterisk on the crankshaft; 10 - a tension roller of a gear belt; 11 - nut 20 Nm; 12 - the timing belt; 13 - the top casing of a gear belt; 14 - the bottom casing of a gear belt; 15 - a bolt, 90 Nm + 120 ?�; 16 - a pulley (shock absorber); 17 - a gear pulley of a cranked shaft; 18 - oil seal rings; 19 - flange with oil seal rings; 20 - a lining (always replace); 21 - grommet; 22 - chain drive; 23 - the oil pump; 24 - a cover of the oil pump with pressure relief valve; 25 - oil drain plug 30 Nm; 26 - a sealing ring (always replace); 27 - oil pan; 28 - a bolt of fastening of the oil bath; 29 - installation (if installed); 30 - mount on the underside of the crankcase; 31 - O-ring (always replace); 32 - the air filter; 33 - the filler pipe
