Removal and installation of cables of a lay brake
To remove and install cables, perform the following steps:

- Unscrew the nuts 8 and 6 (Fig. 310) fixing the brake cables to the equalization 5 parking brake, unscrew the screws 4 and pull the cable out of the lever; - Disconnect the cables from the handbrake lever on the brake pads after they have been disconnected from the brake shield (see. Fig. 301). Release the cables from all attachment points and take them out;

- Set the parking brake cable is carried out in reverse order of removal; - After replacing the cables evenly tighten the two adjusting nuts on the equalizer before the parking brake cables tension. Check the control cable and adjust their tension.
