General recommendations for car repair

All descriptions in this manual repair quite clear and simple. Reference tables given at the end of the book, are very important and should be used during repair and maintenance of the car, as in the description of the individual processes in the text books are not always the necessary quantities and data, and this information should be specified in the tables. - During assembly, replace all gaskets, seals, lock washers, pins and O-rings O-rings (circular ring). It is also necessary to replace the shaft sealing rings and radial shaft seals, when the shaft was removed from the sealing ring. Before installing the surface of the seal ring must be covered with grease. When installing it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the oiled side looking in the direction from which may leak oil or grease;

- Pay special attention to secure the vehicle in the raised position, using, if possible, three-legged shell support;

- Grease, oil, anti-corrosion protection of underbody and all mineral substances aggressive act on the part of the rubber chassis and the brake system. Do not allow contact with such substances as well as fuels, especially in the rubber parts of the hydraulic system. To clean, use only brake brake fluid or alcohol. However, do not forget at the same time that the brake fluid can damage the paintwork of the car;

- After the repair work, always check the correct operation of systems and units of the car while driving.
