10.2.2. Verifying gearshift

Traditionally used rods shift in the Sharan replaced by two rope pull. As a result, the vibration transmitted to the gear lever in the interior of the vehicle decreased and fluctuations in the power unit is practically no effect on the gearshift.

When the gear selection cable transmission selector shaft rotates around its axis, and the second wire - enable transmission, at the same time moves the shaft in the longitudinal direction.
