Radiator charge air
Fig. 486. The radiator discharge air: 1 - Rubber Bearing; 2 - plug; 3 - bolt 10 Nm; 4 - a hose; 5 - bolt 10 Nm; 6 - a sealing ring; 7 - locking spring clip; 8 - a temperature sensor; 9 - a hose; 10 - air hose; 11 - Charge air cooler; 12 - mounting bracket

Radiator combustion air is shown in Figure 486. All hoses attached thereto are attached clamps.
Removing the radiator discharge air is quite time-consuming job, since only with great difficulty can reach the attachment points of its individual parts. The process of removal is described below in general terms for all models:
- Install the front part of the car on supports and remove the motor protection;
- Loosen the hose clamps and disconnect both hoses from the radiator discharge air;
- Remove the charge air deflector;
- Remove the cover towing eye, remove the lid, loosen the clamps lower grille and remove it;
- Remove the charge air cooler.
Installation is in the reverse removal process.
