Sprayers
Each nozzle is bolted to the clamping rail. Between the nozzle and the cylinder head is a thermal protection screen. Damaged injector can cause the following conditions: - Disruptions in the ignition of the fuel mixture; - Knock on one or more cylinders; - Engine overheating; - Loss of power; - Black exhaust fumes; - High fuel consumption; - Blue-gray exhaust smoke when starting a cold engine. Faulty injector can be determined by disconnecting from injectors the fuel high-pressure line, while the engine is running at increased idle speed. When removing the nozzles, proceed as follows: - Disconnect the wires from AB; - Remove the bolt cover of the engine, disconnect it from the hose and remove the cover;

- Disconnect the hose from the oil discharge nozzles (Fig. 479); - Remove the plug connector from the holder needle lift sensor, and then disconnect the plug connector. Do not pull on the cable; - Free cable needle lift sensor from clamps securing the wiring harness glow; - Disconnect the wiring harness glow;

- Remove the bolts clamping rails injectors (Fig. 480) and remove the rack; - Remove the nozzle. Use a screwdriver to remove the washer beneath the injector. On the nozzle number 3 is a place connecting the oil return pipe. Loosen the hollow bolt. If necessary, place the pipe connecting the discharge of oil can be removed. Installing the nozzles takes place in reverse order on the process of withdrawal. There is always change the new washers are located under the nozzles.
