|
- Remove the upper part of the air filter 1 (see. Fig. 202); - Disconnect the electrical connector 5 MAF sensor and plug connector 7 of the heating element; - Remove the cylinder head valve 10 and PCV breather hose 11 going to the solenoid valve 13 treatment systems using activated charcoal on top of the intake manifold; - Disconnect the high voltage (HV) from the spark plug (this will require a special tool 3277 A);

The upper and lower parts of the intake manifold and nearby parts: 1 - the upper part of the intake manifold; 2 - The guide wire BH; 3 - O-ring; 4 - the fuel hose; 5 - a hose of return of fuel; 6 - a fuel distribution line; 7 - bolt 10 Nm; 8 - the bottom part of the intake manifold; 9 - installation and replacement; 10 - nozzle; 11 - O-shaped sealing ring; 12 - a bolt, 25 Nm; 13 - Lifting eye; 14 - bracket of the secondary air supply valve; 15 - the valve of secondary air; 16 - a vacuum hose; 17 - plug connector, blue; 18 - clamps; 19 - fuel pressure regulator; 20 - plug connector, black color; 21 - the directing plug; 22 - plug connector, black color; 23 - temperature sensor; 24 - T-fitting; 25 - a vacuum hose to the brake servo
|
- Remove the guide wire WH 2 (see. Fig. 201) from the front and the opposite side of the intake manifold 1;
| Fig. 200. Details installed near the throttle body 1 - the upper part of the intake manifold; 2 - cable guide; 3 - bolt 10 Nm; 4 - Rear right support between the upper intake manifold and cylinder head; 5 - bolt 25 Nm; 6 - a vacuum hose from the valve of the crankcase ventilation system; 7 - the ventilation hose from the cleaning system by means of activated carbon; 8 - T-shaped fitting; 9 - the throttle body; 10 - plug connector, black, 8 connectors; 11 - gasket should be replaced; 12 - support of the throttle cable; 13 - coupling element 35 Nm (EGR valve); 14 - "mass" cable; 15 - the left rear support between the top of the intake manifold and the cylinder head
|
- Remove the accelerator cable, together with the support 12 (see. Fig. 200), the throttle, but do it in a way that does not remove the cable clamp; - Mark and remove the coolant hoses from the throttle body. In this cooling system does not have to be under pressure; - Disconnect the fuel from the cylinder head; - For a while, open the fuel cap (to release the excess pressure) and then overlaid the point of attachment of hoses thick cloth and slowly disconnect hoses. If oil still falls upon, it will delay the cloth;

|
- Disconnect the vacuum hose (Fig. 203, indicated by arrow) of the secondary air inlet valve between the regulator fuel pressure and the top of the intake manifold; - Disconnect the vacuum hose going to the brake booster; - Unscrew the two rear brackets between the top of the intake manifold and the cylinder head; - Unscrew the hose to the EGR valve on the top of the intake manifold; - Unscrew the oil dipstick guide tube from the bottom of the intake manifold; - Remove the upper part of the intake manifold with the throttle body (when installing pay attention to the location of the guides) and immediately plug the open intake ports; - Disconnect the electrical wires from the nozzles of the oil pressure switch and temperature sensor oil; - Remove the nozzle with the distribution rail systems; - Remove the clamps nozzles and injectors themselves. If the injector is sitting very strong in its place, then under her body can substitute open-end wrench 16 mm and with his help squeeze nozzle - Remove the O-ring sealing at both ends of the nozzle and discard them immediately.
Cause of Failure | Remedy |
| Cold engine does not start or starts with difficulty | 1. Blown fuses ?15 and ?18 | 1. Replace |
| 2. Faulty relays, responsible for stress | 2. Check the service station |
| 3. Faulty fuel pump (the engine receives an insufficient quantity of fuel) | 3. Pump repair or replace a new one (for repairs require a special key) |
| 4. faulty fuel pressure regulator | 4. Inspect the pressure regulator at the station |
| 5. Faulty coolant temperature sensor | 5. Check with an ohmmeter, the temperature sensor |
| 6. Defective throttle actuator | 6. Perform checks at the station |
| 7. Faulty ECU | 7. Carry out an inspection of the service station |
| 8. broken wires between the Hall sensor and ECU | 8. Check and repair |
| 9. The engine sucks air through leaky joints or damaged hoses | 9. Make sure all hose connections are located on the housing of the air filter, or leading to it |
| Warm up the engine does not start or starts with difficulty | 1. leaking vacuum line leading to a pressure regulator Fuel | 1. Check. Perform all of the checks |
| 2. leaky injector | 2. Check them out at the station |
| The engine starts and then stalls again | 1. Faulty throttle actuator | 1. Perform check on HUNDRED |
| 2. leaking vacuum line leading to a pressure regulator Fuel | 2. Check |
| 3. Faulty oxygen sensor | 3. Perform check on HUNDRED |
| Engine vibrates at idle | 1. switch faulty supply voltage or the coolant temperature sensor | 1. Check on their own or at the station |
| Engine stalls | 1. Clogged fuel filter | 1. Install the new filter |
| 2. Faulty fuel pump (the engine receives an insufficient quantity of fuel) | 2. Pump repair or replace a new one (for repairs require a special key) |
| 3. leaky injector | 3. Check them out at the station |
| 4. Faulty throttle actuator | 4. Perform check on HUNDRED |

A warning When removing the nozzles, take care not to damage the cable plugs and sprayers. Jets do not understand. |
A warning Do not allow engine oil inside the nozzle. |
Installation of atomizers spend in the reverse order of removal. Coat the new O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
