Figure 291 shows the elements of the front suspension. Dismounting wishbone front suspension: - Install the front part of the car on support and remove the front wheel; - Remove the engine protection;
| Fig. 284. Two screws (shown by arrow) hold the bottom part of the ball bearing in the lower portion of the knuckle
| Fig. 292. Before removing the finger of a spherical support (see. Fig. 285), remove the nut 1 until the end of the thread

- Unscrew the nut (Fig. 292). If you change only the ball joint, loosen the screws (see. Fig. 284) and remove the ball joint from the control arm (see. Fig. 285); - Remove the bolts on the arm inside of the subframe and remove the wishbone. Sleeves remove the arm by means of a suitable mandrel. Install in reverse order with respect to the process of withdrawal, in which: - Use new bolts arm. Since the wishbone is attached by means of rubber bushings, then tighten its screws only when the vehicle is on the ground wheels; - Tighten the ball joint to 55 Nm; - If you have removed the ball joint of the thumb knuckle, then re-insert it all the way and screw a new nut. Nut tightening torque of 30 Nm and then tighten it further by 90 ?. If the finger of a spherical support is rotated, set in a 7 mm hex and tighten the nut.
