The radiator cap and check the radiator

The cooling system is pressurized. The radiator cap has a built-in spring that is selected so that the gasket cover covers cooling circuit and opens it when the pressure within the cooling system rises to 1,4 bar 1.8 [kPa 140-180]. The pressure within the cooling system is increased due to expansion of the coolant, which leads to an increase in the boiling point.
To check radiator cap radiator pump is used. The order of the work is similar to that described for the petrol engine. With pump radiator cooling system can be checked for the presence of leaks of coolant.
