Toothed belt drive 5-cylinder petrol engine

1. V-belt power steering pump. Tension check by pressing the thumb

6. Bolt camshaft. For the torque to take into account the designation of steel bolt on the head. Bolt
8,8-85 Nm bolt 10,9-120 N ?� m. For loosening and tightening use counterstop VW-3236

16. The central bolt 460 Nm. Threading and lubricate the adjacent surface of the head sealant AMW18800102. Due to the high torque when tightening a screw machine should stand on wheels. When loosening and tightening the counterstop used VW-3248-A.

Toothed belt high pressure fuel pump (pump), 5-cylinder diesel engine

1. The oil filler cap
2. Protective cap
3. Bolt and Nut, 10 Nm
4. Belleville washer
5. The upper sealing washer. Replace only when damaged
6. Cover the cylinder head.
7. Installation of the cylinder head cover. Replace only when damaged.
