The crankshaft (Fig. 3.15): pyatioporny, axial movement is limited fourth crank bearing. At the front end of the crankshaft there are two
moving keyways compound interior of which serves to drive the oil pump.
External connection carries a pulley timing belt and torsional vibration dampers. Molded into the key used for the correct orientation of the crankshaft in the engine assembly and to secure the flange against rotation pulley accessories. The main parameters of the crankshaft are shown in Table. 3.9.
To ensure the selective assembly of the engine main bearing shells are divided into three groups, which are marked with three colors: yellow, blue and red.
The engine block and crankshaft journals size beds and also divided into three groups and are marked by letters A, B and C. The marking is applied to the rear of the engine and on the cheek of the crankshaft.
Selection is carried out in accordance with the Table. 3.10.
