System retention constant speed (cruise control)

System retention constant speed is used as follows:

1) is on hold constant speed. The switches control the speed of movement of the lever located on the handle of the index of turns (Fig. 2.15). For the commissioning and installation of the required speed:

- Set the switch to ON (ON);

- To speed up or slow down to the required speed;

- Press the key SET setting (A) by the "+" or "-" to set the speed to the speed of currently supported;

2) temporarily disable the retention constant speed. Controlling speed is automatically turned off:

- Pressing the brake pedal or clutch;

- If the switch is pushed in quickly to the right (the function of single action).

The selected speed previously stored in the memory; by shifting the switch in a moment in the direction of the task RESUME (to resume) stored in the memory speed will be re-introduced.

3) operation of the system during heavy acceleration. Rapid acceleration, such as when passing, do not interrupt the control action speed. The previously set speed will be maintained without the need for a shift in the position of the switch to RESUME.

If the retention system speed has already been put into operation, the speed of movement can be increased or decreased by pressing the SET (A) in the direction of "+" and the "-" side. One short-term action keys SET changes the speed by 2.0 km / h. Once the key is released, the vehicle speed becomes programmed.

4) Hold down system constant speed.

Set the switch to OFF (off.) Or press the brake pedal or clutch pedal. When the ignition is switched off or the gear lever is set to N, the system hold a constant speed automatically expire. If the speed drops to 15 km / h cruising speed control will automatically exit the action. This also happens when slipping or wheel lock.
