Repair of the secondary shaft



You will need: a stripper snap ring, screwdriver, pliers, universal dvuhlapy and trehlapy pullers.

12. Xpress synchronizer shaft splines with I and II together with the gear driven gear II transmission by applying a force to the end of gear ...

32. Inspect the secondary shaft and its details:
- Neck for needle roller bearings must not have any trace of fatigue failures, slots for installing synchronizer sleeve should not have nicks and collapse;
- Persistent half rings, locking rings must not have any trace of wear and scuffing on the end face;
- Synchronizer hub should have no nicks or wear;
- The ends of the slots synchronizer sleeve and locking ring should not be jams and chipping;
- When installing synchronizer ring on the cone of the respective gear gap between the ends of the ring gear and the ring gear must be at least 1 mm. Otherwise the blocking ring must be replaced.
33. Collect the output shaft in the reverse order, taking into account the following:
- Before overmolded onto the shaft synchronizer hub hub heat in an oil bath to a temperature of 100 ?� C;
- Pressing in the synchronizer hub, make sure that crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring;
- After assembly, check the rotation of the output shaft of gear: they must rotate freely.
