1 - the bearing;
2 - nut 73-90 N ??? m;
3 - Front;
4 - knuckle;
5 - tie rod end;
6 - a nut, 15-34 N ??? m;
7 - the hub of the front wheel;
8 - Disc;
9 - a nut, 220-260 N ??? m;
10 - brake board;
11 - a nut, 60-72 N ??? m;
12 - a bolt to 65-75 N ??? m;
13 - the retaining ring.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Raise the vehicle and remove the front wheel.
2. Remove the nut of the drive shaft.
3. Remove the caliper and a soft wire fix it on the front rack.
4. Remove the speed sensor from the steering knuckle.
5. Remove the cotter pin and loosen the nut trunnion ball joint tie rod to the steering knuckle. 09568-34000 stripper squeeze out a pin of the ball joint from the knuckle.
6. Mark the position and remove the bolts of the front lower arm to knuckle.
7. kapron hammer beat out a power shaft from the front wheel hub. If the drive shaft is firmly seated in the hub of the front wheel, spray impregnation spray solvent on the area of the splines and then re-screw the nut with flange so that it is flush with the end of the shaft. Striking on a nut a brass hammer, beat out a power shaft from a nave.
8. Remover 09568-34000 disconnect the ball joint of the lower arm from the steering knuckle.
9. Remove the knuckle with the hub of the front wheel.
10. Install in the reverse order of removal.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the brake disc from the front hub.
2. Remove the retaining ring.
3. Set the special tools as shown in the figure.
4. Turn the special tool, remove the front wheel hub from the knuckle.
5. Remove the special tool and a dust ring.
6. The special tool, remove the inner ring of the bearing from a nave.
7. The special tool, remove the outer ring of the bearing from the steering knuckle.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the hub for cracks and wear.
2. Check the brake disc for the development and damage.
3. Check for cracks in the joint.
4. Check snap ring for cracks or damage.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Apply a thin coat of grease into the hole on the steering knuckle and the outer ring of the bearing.
2. press with corresponding diameter mandrel press in a new bearing wheels.

A warning

Do not force the press to the inner ring of the bearing.


3. Install the dust ring.
4. press with a mandrel of appropriate diameter hub in the press in the wheel bearing.

A warning

Do not force the press to the outer ring of the bearing.


5. Install the brake disc.
6. The special tool tighten the hub to knuckle by tightening the bolt fixtures torque 240 N ??? m.
7. Several times turn the hub to the bearing elements established in its place.
8. Measure the torque which must be applied for the rotation of the bearing.

Torque: 1.3 N ??? m

9. If the torque N ??? m 0, measure the axial play of the bearing hub.
10. If the torque exceeds the desired value, it means that the bearing is not properly installed in the knuckle and the hub. Dismantle the steering knuckle and reassemble it.

Axial bearing clearance: 0,08 mm

11. Remove the special tool.
