Adjust the line pressure



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Drain the transmission fluid of the automatic transmission.
2. Remove the oil pan.
3. Remove the oil filter.
4. Remove the transmission fluid temperature sensor.
5. Press the latch and pull the O-ring of the solenoid valve.
6. Remove the valve assembly, with the caution that it does not fall.
7. Rotate the adjustment screw of the distributor so that the pressure in the line has reached the desired value. Rotation of the screws in a clockwise direction decreases the pressure on the other hand, counterclockwise - to increase.

Nominal pressure: 860-900 kPa
The change in pressure when turning the screws on the turnover of 1: 38 kPa

8. Make sure that the O-ring is mounted on top of the valve body in the location shown in the figure.
9. Replace the O-ring of the solenoid valve.
10. Install the valve body in the housing and insert the connector of the solenoid valve in the crankcase. Make sure the notched part of the connector is installed as shown in Fig.
11. Tighten the housing torque 10-12 N ??? m.
12. Install the oil filter.
13. Install the new oil pan gasket and oil pan.
14. Pour the required amount of transmission fluid in the automatic transmission.
15. Check the line pressure.
