Replacement of a cable drive speedometer



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Insert the correct adapter into the back of the instrument cluster and secure new speedometer cable.
2. Install the sealing ring so that the attachment of the cable is horizontal with respect to the vehicle.

A warning

The cable must be installed so that the bending radius of the cable was not less than 150 mm.


3. Insert the cable of a speedometer in the gearbox and secure it with the union nut.

A warning

If the cable is correctly and securely connected, the speedometer may be incorrect and the rotation of the cable may appear extraneous noise.
