Lever



1 - wire transmission control;
2 - a nut;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the central console.
2. Unscrew the handle of the selector lever.
3. Disconnect switch overdrive, remove the three pins of the connector and remove the handle from the lever.
4. Disconnect the control panel backlight transmission.
5. Remove the transmission control.
6. Remove the clamp fastening rods.
7. Remove the clip from the selector lever.
8. Remove the screws and washers securing the cable under the dashboard.
9. Remove the clamp fixing the cable from the gearbox.
10. Remove the control cable transmission.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the function of the transmission control cable and damage.
2. Check the bushing for wear or damage.
3. Check spring for damage and loss of elasticity.
4. Check the conductivity switch overdrive. When activating overdrive pins 1 and 2 switches must be closed, and when deactivating must be closed terminals 1 and 3.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease the inside of the sleeve.

Lubrication: SAE J310, NLGI ?��0

2. Move the selector lever and the transmission range switch in position N and connect the control cable.
3. When connecting the cable to move the transmission control cable bracket, the cable is not aligned with the gear lever.
4. Install the washer and screw the bolt and nut of the cable.
5. From the terminal, set the selector lever.
6. Connect the backlight indicator lever position selector switch connector O / D, parking switch connector and terminal mode of motion.
7. Install the panel transmission.
8. Apply grease in the location shown in the figure.

Lubrication: SAE J310, NLGI ?��2

9. Set the selector lever to position N, and then turn the cam cover so that the gap between the plate and the cam assembly conform to the required value.

Clearance: 15,2-15,9 mm


A warning

Make sure that the parties to the adjustment of the cam lever in the side buttons.


10. Turn the O / D on the handle of the lever, then insert the contacts into the connector switch.
11. Set the lever and secure it with two screws.
12. Install the central console.
