Fuel tank

- Before removing the fuel tank, drain the fuel. Clean the fuel tank from the fuel vapor.
- Remove the cap from the fuel filler toplivonalivnoy to equalize the pressure in the tank to atmospheric pressure.

Check | - Check the hoses and pipes for cracks, bend, deformation, aging and fouling.
- Check the function of the filler cap of the fuel tank.
- Clean the tank and check for signs of corrosion, damage and cracks. Damaged or corrode the fuel tank must be replaced.
- Check the inner surface of the fuel tank for contamination.
- Check the fuel filter for blockage or damage.
- Check the overflow limiter (two-way valve).
 | - Check that the two-way valve, purging it from both sides.

Setting | - Install the fuel tank and secure with tape.
 | - Connect the hose to compensate for the neck of the fuel tank by sliding it approximately 40 mm.

 | - When connecting the filler hose must be connected to the end of the shorter straight pipe seq side of the fuel tank.

 | - Connect the hose of the fuel vapor recovery system and the return hose. Attach the fuel hose as shown.

- To connect the pressure hose to the fuel pump, temporarily tighten the union nut by hand, then tighten them to the recommended torque specification. When tightening the screws, be careful not to bend or twist the phone and avoid damage to the fuel pump.
 | - Connect the electric fuel pump.
