Instructions for use of the refrigerant

  1. Liquid refrigerant R-134a with a high content of volatile substances. Hit it on the skin can result in frostbite, so when working with refrigerant Wear protective gloves.
  2. As a standard measure of protection when working with refrigerant must use goggles to protect refrigerant glaz.Pri hit on clothing or safety equipment immediately wash the affected area with plenty of water.
  3. Liquid refrigerant R-134a is stored in containers (cans). Keep refrigerant cylinder at a temperature of not more than 52 ? C.
  4. To check the tightness of air-conditioning systems use electronic sensor. Keep in mind that the R-134a refrigerant after contact with flame decomposes to release very toxic gas.
  5. Only use the recommended oil for the lubrication of components of air conditioning, since, otherwise, the system may malfunction.
  6. Grease PAG absorbs moisture from the air, so it is necessary to observe the following precautions:
    - Separation of components in the air-conditioning system to immediately close the connection corresponding caps to eliminate the ingress of moisture into the system;
    - When installing new components of the air conditioning system to remove their protective cover just before installation;
    - Connect pipes and hoses, air conditioning system as quickly as possible to reduce the ingress of moisture into the system;
    - Use a lubricant for air conditioning system only sealed container.
  7. If an accidental discharge of the air conditioning system before servicing the system, ventilate the work area.
