Cars with petrol engines

Overpressure valve - opens at 81,4-108 kPa
Spring vacuum valve; the vacuum valve opens at minus 6.86 kPa vacuum

Cars with diesel engines

Overpressure valve - opens at a pressure kPa 107,9 ?� 14,7
Overpressure valve - closes at a pressure of 83.4 kPa

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check for damage of the spring and the mating surfaces of the valve.
  1. Attach the radiator cap on the test instrument to test the radiator cap.
  2. Build pressure until the gauge needle does not stabilize.
  1. After 10 to check the pressure, which should not change. If necessary, replace the radiator cap.
