Check

Check the pipes and hoses of the cooling system for damage, cracks and swellings. If necessary, replace them.

Replacement

When attaching the hose to the nozzle exit coolant pre-lubricate the O-ring with coolant.

Do not lubricate o-ring with oil or lubricant. Before installing the hose fittings clean from dirt, dust and sand. Insert the coolant tube until it stops at the water pump. When installing, only use a new sealing ring.
