Check

Check the pipes and hoses of the cooling system for damage, cracks and swellings. If necessary, replace them.

Replacement

When attaching the hose to the nozzle exit coolant pre-lubricate the O-ring with coolant.

  • Do not lubricate o-ring with oil or lubricant.
  • Before installing the hose fittings clean from dirt, dust and sand.
  • Insert the coolant tube until it stops at the water pump.
  • When installing, only use a new sealing ring.
