Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check the inner surface of the body in contact with the turbine, the absence of cracks and deterioration due to overheating.
  2. Make sure that the discharge flapper valve moves freely by hand.
  1. Make sure that there is no damage on the inner surface of the housing in contact with the turbine.
  1. The turbine shaft and with cracks in the blades or with broken blades can not be reused. If the turbine blades are slightly bent, the turbine can be used repeatedly, but with strongly bent turbine blades can not be reused.
  1. Check the absence of impurities in the channel for the lubrication of the turbine shaft.

Check the output of the valve flap

Check the valve opening pressure of the valve. The nominal opening pressure: 13,2 kPa.
