Bleeding the hydraulic clutch




A warning

Any hydraulic system works normally if air is removed from it.

The liquid in the tank popolnitelnom brake system should be maintained at 3/4 or higher in the course of pumping.

During air removal add only the pure liquid recommended by the manufacturer.

The fluid used in a hydraulic drive, dissolves a paint and plastic, therefore at liquid hit on a paint and varnish covering of the car wash it with plenty of water.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support. Remove the cover from the bleeder on the clutch slave cylinder and attach it to the vinyl hose.
2. Place the other end of the vinyl tube in a glass container of sufficient volume.
3. Slowly press the clutch pedal several times.
4. While pressing the clutch pedal the special tool to loosen the bleeder valve and release the air from the hydraulic system.
5. Tighten the bleeder valve and release the clutch pedal. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until until brake liquid without air bubbles.

Torque: 5,88-8.82 N ??? m
6. Check the operation of the clutch.
