Repair of the clutch master cylinder



Clutch Master Cylinder

1 - a hose coupling;
2 - a lock ring;
3 - pusher;
4 - piston;
5 - the piston stop;
6 - a spring;
7 - the stopper valve;
8 - a spring;
9 - the valve.

Dismantling
A warning

Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.

Not to damage the surface of the pusher and clutch master cylinder contacting the piston.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Push the plunger with pliers and remove the lock ring.
2. Remove the plunger, piston, piston stop, a spring, a valve stopper, and a valve spring.

A warning

To keep the piston, cover with a cloth clutch master cylinder.


3. Remove the piston by means of compressed air through the pipe insertion hole coupling.
4. Lift the latch plunger stopper with a suitable tool.

A warning

Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.

Do not mix different brands of hydraulic fluid to the clutch.

Do not reuse drained clutch.

Before assemblage grease with the specified liquid for coupling the piston and the cylinder bore diameter.

Replace parts with new ones, for which there are appropriate instructions.



Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Using a suitable tool, move the slider stopper piston.

A warning

Do not damage the contact surface of the pusher piston.


2. Push down on the push rod, install the snap ring.
