Repair of the working cylinder of coupling



Clutch slave cylinder

1 - a cover;
2 - pusher;
3 - piston assembly with a seal;
4 - spring;
5 - fitting cap;
6 - screw fitting;
7 - steel ball;
8 - the case of the working cylinder.

Dismantling
A warning

Clear the dismantled details in solvent and blow all details and channels the compressed air.

Before assembly, make sure all parts completely clean.

Before assemblage grease with the specified liquid for coupling the piston sealing ring (cuff) and diameter of the cylinder bore.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the cover of the working cylinder of coupling and a pusher.
2. Remove the piston and the sealing ring (cuff), submitting compressed air through the hole to connect a hydraulic tube.

A warning

Cover the opening of the working cylinder with a clean cloth to catch the expelled compressed air piston.



Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the spring, piston and cylinder press the clutch cover in the housing bore.
2. Place the plunger.
