Check the radiator cap

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Pull back pressure valve to open it. Make sure that when you release the valve is fully closed.
2. Check for damage on the mating surfaces of the valve.
3. If necessary, replace the radiator cap.

Valve radiator cap

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove all foreign bodies from the valve seat and valve radiator cap.
	2. Attach the radiator cap on the test instrument to test the radiator cap.
3. Gradually increase the pressure to 74-103 kPa.
4. After 10 to check the pressure, which should not change. If necessary, replace the radiator cap.
