Radiator



1 - radiator fan electrical connector;
2 - an electric socket of the condenser fan;
3 - the oil cooler hoses (ACP);
4 - the upper and lower radiator hoses;
5 - an arm of the radiator;
6 - the radiator fan and the electric motor;
7 - radiator cowl.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the intake of fresh air.
3. Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
4. Remove the radiator in the following sequence:

- Disconnect the electrical connector from the radiator fan;
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the condenser fan (air conditioning);
- Disconnect the oil cooler hoses (ACP);
- Disconnect the upper and lower radiator hoses;
- Remove the radiator bracket;
- Remove the radiator fan and the electric motor;
- Remove the radiator cowl.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the radiator for cracks, damage and leaks.
2. Check for bent radiator fins. If necessary, using a comb, straighten platinum.
3. Check the condition of the inlet and outlet of the radiator.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.

A warning

Set the hose clamp to the same place the hose where it was before removal.


2. Fill the cooling system with the required amount of coolant required.
3. Start up the engine and check for leaks from the cooling system.
