Withdrawal PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. | 2. Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil from the engine. | 3. Remove the accessory drive belt. | 4. Remove the toothed timing belt. | 5. Remove the parts in the sequence shown in Fig. Disassembly of the oil pump. |

Check PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Clean all parts of the oil pump. | 2. Check and, if necessary, replace the following parts:
- Deformed or damaged housing and / or the cover of the oil pump; - Worn or damaged piston; - Weakened or broken spring. | 3. The metal ruler and a feeler gauge, measure the side clearance of the rotors of the oil pump. Maximum permissible lateral clearance of the oil pump rotors: 0.10 mm | 4. The probe measure the gap between the teeth of the rotors of the oil pump. Maximum permissible backlash between the teeth of the rotors of the oil pump: 0.18 mm | 5. The probe measure the clearance between the outer rotor and the body of the oil pump. Maximum permissible backlash between an external rotor and the housing of the oil pump: 0.20 mm |

Setting
Install the oil pump is carried out in reverse order of removal.
