Radiator



Radiator removal steps

1 - a radiator;
2 - an arm of the radiator;
3 - radiator hose;
4 - a hose of a broad tank;
5 - the radiator fan connector;
6 - radiator fan;
7 - a hose oil cooler;
8 - the radiator hose.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the intake of fresh air.
3. Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
4. Remove all the parts in the sequence shown in the figure.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the radiator for cracks, damage and leaks.
2. Check for bent radiator fins. If necessary, using a comb, straighten platinum.
3. Check the condition of the inlet and outlet of the radiator.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is spent to sequences, return to removal.
2. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
3. Fill in the required amount of cooling required coolant.
4. Start up the engine and check for leaks from the cooling system.
