Substitution coolant




A warning

Do not remove the radiator cap on a hot engine, as the departing couple may result in severe burns.

Close the radiator cap thick cloth and slowly remove the lid until the hiss of escaping steam. After the termination of the steam outlet slowly unscrew and remove the cap from the radiator.

Do not use alcohol as a coolant or cooling liquid on the basis of methanol.

Use only distilled water mixed with antifreeze.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the radiator drain plug and remove the coolant.
2. Drain the coolant into a suitable container.
3. Flush the cooling system the flow of clean water and drain the water from the cooling system.
4. Reinstall the drain plug coolant.

5. Fill the coolant based on ethylene glycol in the cooling system.

Cooling system capacity: 6 l

6. Start up the engine with the cover open the radiator to warm up the upper radiator hose.
7. When the engine is idling at a frequency add coolant until it reaches the radiator filler neck.
8. Install radiator cap.
9. Cool the engine and check the coolant level.
