Hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the screws and remove the top cover from the cylinder head cover.
3. Remove the ignition coil and high-voltage wires.
4. Disconnect the hose positive crankcase ventilation hose and ventilation.
5. Remove the timing belt.
6. Unscrew the bolts and remove the cylinder head cover.

A warning

Before removing the cylinder head cover, align the mark on the camshaft pulley with pointers to the cylinder head cover.


7. Remove the screws and remove the steering angle sensor.
8. Remove the bolts and remove the camshaft pulleys.
9. Gradually, in a certain sequence for 5-6 steps, loosen and remove the bolts of covers of bearings of camshafts.
10. Remove the camshafts.
11. Mark the location of hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves for re-installation on the places.

C AUTION

If the hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves will be installed in its place, it will lead to increased wear them and camshafts.


12. Remove the hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves in the cylinder head.
13. Keep hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves upside down in the container with engine oil.

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Apply a thin coat of clean engine oil to the outer surface of hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves.
2. Install the hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves on their seats in the cylinder head.
3. Check that the hydraulic jacks of backlashes of valves can be easily moved in the holes of the cylinder head.
4. Apply a thin layer of clean engine oil cervical camshafts and working surfaces of bearings of camshafts. Install the camshafts so that the dowel pins have been directed upwards.
5. Install the camshaft bearing caps in accordance with the numbering of covers. Arrows on covers should be directed forward.
6. Secure the camshaft bearing cap bolts, tightening them in a certain sequence of steps 5-6.

The inhaling moment: 17,6-26,5 N ??? m

7. Grease the outer surface and working edges of the new sealing rings of camshafts with a thin layer of clean engine oil.
8. Using a tubular mandrel of appropriate diameter and the hammer install O-rings so that the end of the sealing ring is flush with the cylinder head.

9. Install the camshaft pulleys, thus the label I on a pulley of a camshaft of inlet valves and the label E on the pulley exhaust camshaft must be aligned with the mounting pins. Secure the camshaft pulleys bolts.

Torque: 49-60,8 N ??? m
10. Install the steering angle sensor and secure it with screws.

11. Install the cylinder head cover and secure it with screws.

Torque: 7.8-11.8 N ??? m

12. Install the timing belt.
13. Connect the positive crankcase ventilation hose and a ventilation hose.
14. Install the high-voltage wires and ignition coils.
15. Install the top cap on the cylinder head cover and secure it with screws.

Torque: 4,9-8,8 N ??? m

16. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
