Rear oil seal ring



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the bolts and remove the flywheel. If the car has an automatic transmission, remove the drive plate. When releasing the bolts, lock the flywheel from turning.
3. Remove the screws and remove the rear cover from the cylinder.
4. An edge of a flathead screwdriver to remove the sealing ring from the back cover.

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Apply clean engine oil to the back of the slot for the seal ring, and an outer surface and working edges of a new sealing ring.
2. mandrel corresponding diameter, establish a sealing ring in the back cover of the cylinder. Set the sealing ring so that the end of the ring is flush with the outer surface of the rear cover or protrude from it by no more than 0.5 mm.
3. Clean the mating surface of the rear cover and the cylinder of the hermetic rests. At the same time, be careful not to scratch the surface.
4. Replace the back cover and secure it with screws.

Torque:
A - 7,8-10,8 N ??? m
B - 40,2-54,9 N ??? m

5. Install flywheel and fix its bolts. Install transmission. If the car has an automatic transmission, set the plate drive and an automatic transmission.
6. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
