Removing and installing engine

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the battery. 2. Remove the battery and battery support. 3. Drain the coolant from the cooling system. 4. Moving up, remove the diagnostic socket arm air flow sensor. 5. Disconnect electric sockets from the gauge of temperature of air entering the engine and air flow sensor. 6. Remove the air inlet of the throttle assembly. 7. Disconnect the ventilation hose. 8. Remove the intake of fresh air. 9. Disconnect the accelerator cable and, if available, a cable management system cruise control. 10. Remove the air filter assembly. 11. Remove the vacuum hose from the vacuum brake booster. 12. Loosen the clamps and remove the upper and lower radiator hoses. 13. Disconnect the fuel hose from the fuel line. A warning Do not smoke or use an open flame near the fuel system components, as this may cause an explosion. 14. Loosen the clamps and disconnect the hoses going to a heater. 15. Disconnect electric sockets from the valve control system idle speed and throttle position sensor. 16. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel atomizers. 17. Disconnect from the engine remaining electrical connections, remove the bracket and reinstall the eye to lift the engine. Tightening torque fixing lugs: 37,2-51,9 N ??? m 18. Disconnect electric sockets from in-contact and S-contact starter. 19. Disconnect electric sockets from the B-contact connector S121 generator. 20. Remove the bolt and disconnect the ground bus. 21. Remove the screws and remove the left and right mudguards of a motor compartment. 22. Remove the bolts and remove thermofilter exhaust manifold. Remove the three screws on the bracket power steering pump. 23. Remove the four screws on the air conditioning compressor, and five bolt mounting bracket compressor. 24. Remove the bolt and remove the tire of grounding from the top of the gearbox housing. 25. Remove the three nuts and one bolt and the support of the power unit ?��4. 26. Disconnect an electric socket of the gauge of frequency of rotation of the input shaft of a transmission. 27. Disconnect an electric socket of the switch of a lantern of a backing by a mechanical transmission. 28. Unplug the electrical connector from the vehicle speed sensor. 29. Remove the U-shaped clip and disconnect the cable from the selector rod transmission. 30. Remove the nut and washer securing the thrust of an automatic transmission. 31. On cars with a manual gearbox, remove the rod from the gearbox. 32. On cars with a manual gearbox, disconnect the pipe from the slave cylinder and remove clutch slave cylinder. 33. On cars with automatic transmission, disconnect an electric socket of the switch gear position indicator. 34. On cars with automatic transmission, disconnect the electrical connector from the solenoid valve. 35. On cars with automatic transmission, disconnect the gearbox two hoses going to the oil cooler. 36. Remove the front wheels. 37. Unplug the electrical connector from the oxygen sensor. 38. Remove a reception exhaust pipe. 39. Remove the pins and remove the drive shaft nuts to the front wheel hub. 40. Remove the bolts and nuts of the stabilizer rods and remove the rod. 41. Remove the locking bolts and nuts of the left and right lower arm ball joints. 42. Remove the ball joints of the lower arm front suspension from the steering knuckle. 43. Remove the three bolts securing the bracket to support the drive shaft to the engine block. 44. pry, pry internal hinges of power shafts from a transmission. 45. Support the engine lifting mechanism. 46. Remove the two nuts securing the support ?��2 power units. 47. Turn out one bolt support ?��3 power unit. 48. Remove the three mounting bolts of the power unit ?��1. 49. Remove the engine together with a transmission from the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Set the engine with the transmission in the engine compartment of the vehicle. 2. Replace the three mounting bolts of the power unit ?��1. Torque: 67-93,2 N ??? m 3. Establish a support ?��3 power unit and fasten the bolts. Torque: 85,3-116,6 N ??? m 4. Secure nuts support ?��2 power units. Torque: 38-51 N ??? m 5. Establish a support of the power unit ?��4 and fix bolts. Torque: Nuts: 68-93 N ??? m Bolts: 64-89 N ??? m 6. Remove the lifting device, which supports the engine. 7. Install the new lock ring on the drive shafts. 8. Lightly tap, set the internal hinge of equal angular velocity drive shafts in the gearbox. 9. Replace the support bracket of the drive shaft and secure with three bolts to the engine block. Torque: 43-62 N ??? m 10. Install the ball joint of the lower arm front suspension knuckles and secure coupling bolts. Torque: 43-52 N ??? m 11. Install the left and right stabilizer rods. Torque: 43-61 N ??? m 12. Establish a reception exhaust pipe. Torque: A - 40,2-54,9 N ??? m B - 69-94 N ??? m C - 20,6-27,4 N ??? m 13. Connect the two pipes of the cooling system of oil to the automatic transmission. 14. Connect the electrical connector to the solenoid valve of an automatic transmission. 15. Connect the electrical connector to the switch gear position indicator. 16. Install the clutch slave cylinder and connect it to the phone. The inhaling moment: 18,6-25,5 N ??? m 17. Attach the traction control manual gearbox. Torque: 16-23 N ??? m 18. Secure the nut with the thrust washer automatic transmission. Torque: 32-46 N ??? m 19. Install the selector cable on the traction control automatic transmission and fasten the U-shaped clamp. 20. Connect the electrical connector to the reversing light switch on cars with manual gearbox. 21. Connect the electrical connector to the vehicle speed sensor. 22. Connect the electrical connector to the sensor input speed gearbox. 23. Connect the ground bus to the top of the gearbox housing. 24. Install the air conditioning compressor bracket and secure it with the five screws. Torque: Compressor bracket: M14 - 38-51 N ??? m M12 - 19-25 N ??? m The conditioner compressor: 39-52 N ??? m 25. Fit the three bolts bracket power steering pump. Torque: 39-52 N ??? m 26. Install thermofilter exhaust manifold and secure it with screws. Torque: TED: 18,6-25,5 N ??? m BFD: 7,8-10,8 N ??? m 27. Install the left and right mudguards of a motor compartment and secure with screws. Torque: 13.5-16 N ??? m 28. Install the front wheels and fix their bolts. Torque: 88-118 N ??? m. 29. Install the ground bus engine and fix its bolts. Torque: A - 38-51 N ??? m B - 7.8-11.8 N ??? m 30. Connect the electrical connections to the generator. 31. Connect the electrical connectors to the starter. 32. Connect the electrical connectors to the valve control system idle speed and throttle position sensor. 33. Establish an arm of electrical connectors and fix bolts. Connect the electrical connectors to the engine. The inhaling moment: 37,2-51,9 N ??? m 34. Connect the electrical connectors to the fuel injectors. 35. Connect the hoses going to a heater. 36. Connect the fuel hose to the fuel line. 37. Attach the upper and lower radiator hoses. 38. Attach the vacuum hose to the brake servo. 39. Install the air filter assembly and connect the air inlet to the throttle assembly. 40. Install the intake of fresh air. 41. Connect the ventilation hose. 42. Set the accelerator cable and, if available, a cable management system cruise control. 43. Install the diagnostic connector in the air flow sensor bracket. 44. Connect electric sockets the temperature sensor to the engine air and air flow sensor. 45. Install the drive belt power steering pump and air conditioning compressor. Adjust the belt tension. Screw hinge and mounting bolts. Deflection of a belt: New: 8.0-9.0 mm Previous use: 9.0-10.0 mm 46. Establish a support battery and battery. Torque: 13.5-16 N ??? m 47. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. 48. Connect the wires to the positive and negative terminals of the battery. 49. Check levels and, if necessary, add all liquids. 50. Start up the engine, check the operation and leaks of liquids.
