Changing the engine oil and oil filter



Tools required for replacing the oil filter

1. Pallet

2. Rubber gloves

3. Handle

4. Nozzle

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before you begin, prepare the necessary tools and materials.
2. Warm up the engine. Remove the cap of the oil filler cap.
3. Lift the car and establish it on support.
4. Place drip pan under the drain hole, remove the oil and cover with the box wrench. Wait until the oil drain. Wipe off the plug and insert it into place.
5. Set the pan under the oil filter and remove the filter by turning it counterclockwise. To loosen the oil filter using a special key.
6. Wipe the engine block and the hole to install the filter.
7. Coat the rubber gasket on the new filter with engine oil and replace the filter. Tighten the filter by hand, until the filter gasket touches the cylinder. Then turn the filter an additional 3/4 turn.
8. Fill with new engine oil through the filler neck. Wait for the oil to drain into the sump. Start the engine and check for leaks. Check the oil level and add it if necessary.
