Removal of air from fuel system
Remove air from the fuel system after its opening, or if the fuel tank has been completely emptied. A warning Make sure that the diesel fuel did not fall on the coolant hoses. Otherwise, the bar should be wiped immediately. The affected hoses must be replaced.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Make sure that the fuel tank has a fuel. | | 2. Open the bleeder screw (1) on the fuel filter. | 3. Inflate the fuel tank with a hand pump. The pump is located on the top of the filter. | 4. priming fuel to until through bleeder screw will not fuel without air bubbles. | 5. Under pressure from the hand pump, close the bleeder screw. | 6. Booster pump manually until (about 15 times) until it becomes a resistance is felt. | | 7. If the engine does not start, since the fuel formed air lock, loosen the union nuts on injectors and include a starter before the fuel. Then, retighten the union nuts and start the engine. |
