Removing vacuum pump



RF Engine

The vacuum pump creates a negative pressure required to operate the hydraulic booster brake system.

The vacuum pump attached to the rear side of the generator. He is driven by a shaft of the generator through the flanged sleeve.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the vacuum hose, first loosen the clamp.
2. Unscrew and remove the oil pressure hose, first loosen the clamp.
3. Remove the vacuum pump bolts and remove the pump with O-ring.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the O-ring vacuum pump for damage, otherwise replace it.
2. Place the pump with O-ring and tighten the bolts with a force of 7 Nm
3. dripped a little engine oil in the hole for lubrication of the vacuum pump.
4. Connect the drainage hose and secure the fuel hose clamp.
6. Connect the oil pressure hose and fix a collar.
7. Attach the vacuum hose and secure the clamp.
