Removal and installation of atomizers

Defective injectors can cause severe engine knocking and as a consequence of damage to the bearings. If you have these symptoms, leave the engine running at idle and in turn release the injection pipe union nuts. If knocking disappears when loosening a nut, then this indicates a corresponding defective nozzle.

Faulty injector can be determined consistently weakening union nut and in rapid (on heating of the engine). If after loosening nut does not change the number of revolutions, it indicates corresponding defective nozzle. The nozzle can be checked using a pressure gauge. (Working in the studio, the desired value of injection pressure of 135 bar).

The first signs of working nozzles appear as follows:

- False fire;
- Knocking in one or more cylinders;
- Engine overheating;
- Reduction of engine power;
- Excessively heavy black smoke;
- Increase in fuel consumption.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the cable from the battery negative mass.

A warning

This will erase the contents of electronic storage devices such as memory defects engine or radio code. Before disconnecting the battery, read the sub-section 2.11.

2. Carefully clean the outside or cleaner diesel fuel injection tube and diverting fuel tubes.
3. Remove the injection tube in the set, by loosening the union nuts (arrows) on the pump and nozzles.

A warning

Do not break the form of bending tubes.

4. Remove the nozzle and set in the same way as the need to install.

A warning

In the combustion chamber through the nozzle openings must not fall into the mud.

5. Each hole is wavy gasket and washer, which must be replaced.
6. Needle nozzles must not be knocked out and rough landing sites. Remove the carbon deposits from injectors wooden spatula.

A warning

In no case do not process the nozzle needle and nozzle wire, needle files or sandpaper. Do not confuse the details of different forms.

Setting

A warning

Observe the installation position.

Padding of the nozzles can cause their deformation and thus lead to hang needles or other damage.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Place the nozzle (2) and torque to 65 Nm Install 4 new wavy washer (4) and shims (3).
2. Place the injection tube, tighten the flare nut with a force of 25 Nm
3. Put the fuel tube drainage with new gasket and tighten the nut to 30 Nm
4. In all the nozzles slightly loosen the union nut of injection tubes.
5. Turn the engine a starter before the fuel injection pipes. Attach the tubing injection with a prescribed torque.
6. Install exhaust air duct and resonator.
7. Connect the negative mass in the battery.
8. If there are clocks, set the time and set the security code radio.
