4. If a small amount of oil appears, this corresponds to a normal level. Otherwise, check with your finger if the oil level reaches up to the lower edge of the hole. If not, add oil through the manual oiler.
A warning  In the case of relatively large oil leaks, determine its causes and repair.
Oil specification: gear oil for hypoid gears of the brand SAE 90. In this case, use only permitted from Mercedes oil (shown in the manual oiler). For vehicles with automatic locking differential (the pointer is on the cover of the rear axle) Only use gear oil SAE 90 for lockable differentials. Gear oil is viscous, so do not put it too much at once. Accordingly, wait for a break and substitute the vessel for collecting oil overflow.
