Dismantling nozzles



When disassembling you should pay attention to the shims, which are installed the same injection pressure for stable operation of the engine. This adjustment is more complicated repairs, because, in spite of the simplicity of installation of the dispenser and needles, installation requires a special pressure control in the workshop or in the service of the service Bosch. Only when absolutely necessary to travel a few kilometers, we can neglect the injection pressure control after replacing the needle of the dispenser.

SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. To disassemble the nozzle, hold her upper hexagon in a vise, while being careful not to damage the drain pipe fittings. Remove the key part of the nozzle from one another.

2. Use a brass brush to gently clean the soot from the housing 2 (Fig. 4.81) and 3 needle spray.
3. Check the tightness of the needle: if you put a nozzle body in refined fuel, the needle under the influence of its weight should stand firmly in place.
4. Once the correct nozzle assembly, wrap it in the cylinder head with a force of 70-80 Nm.
