Removing injectors



SEQUENCE OF WORK
1. Remove the intake air duct cross-section and a casing nozzles.

2. Remove the fuel line from the demountable nozzle (Fig. 4.80).
3. Disconnect the pipes drain excess fuel.
4. Remove the nozzle using a pipe wrench.
5. Pay attention to the shims, when screwing they can stay in the nest nozzle. According to the manufacturer's recommendations when installing the washer nozzles must be replaced with new ones.
6. Set each nozzle in its place and tighten to 70-80 Nm.
7. Tighten the pipes to the injectors force 10-15 Nm.
