Pinking

Knock on the engine is warm almost always indicates damage to the bearings. Most often there are lesions on the connecting rod bearings, at least - on the support bearings of the crankshaft. Replacing a damaged bearing requires a large amount of repair work.
Diagnostics of bearings
Add the momentum and then reset the gas. If there is a knock which does not stop with decreasing speed, stop driving and park your vehicle.
Strong knock at high engine speeds, reduced or lost when you reset the gas indicates capital bearing failure.
