Removing and installing clutch master cylinder




Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the cover under the dashboard.
  2. Remove the floor mat at the driver's seat.
  3. Aspirate liquid from a syringe reservoir to the clutch control until its level drops below the fluid hose fitting for supplying the master cylinder.
  4. Disconnect the hose supplying fluid to the master cylinder from the fluid reservoir and plug the tank and hose fitting.
  5. Remove the master cylinder from the clutch pedal bracket.
  6. Raise the clutch pedal and remove the bearing cup springs, a spring washer and a pusher of the main cylinder.
  7. Remove the retaining ring rod assembly with the pusher.
  8. Disconnect the master cylinder hose and plug the inlet fluid cylinder and hose fitting.


Setting

Installation of the master cylinder is carried out in reverse order. After you install the master cylinder Bleed the check and the clutch pedal all the way.

Installation of the clutch slave cylinder:

1 - the working cylinder
2 - a lining
3 - the bolt
4 - Transmission

Cut conventional clutch
