Replacing anther hinge assemblies driveshafts



Details of installation of anther hinge assemblies of the drive shaft (any)

37 - Drive Shaft
37b - external hinge
37c - The internal hinge

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of anther hinge assemblies of the drive shaft (front and rear) are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Remove the corresponding drive shaft (see. Section Removal and installation of a pedal charging the parking brake).
  3. Release fixing collars and remove the protective cover from the appropriate hinge.

If necessary, replace the internal anther must first remove the outer joint.

  1. With a suitable punch / puller to remove the shaft outer CV joint, then remove the outer / inner and outer anthers.
  2. Installation is in the reverse order - to avoid damage to anther landing on the shaft spline wrap pin the last tape. It is mandatory to replace the retaining rings (37 ?� and 37q).
